Dr. Rajesh Shankar Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Business Management (CBM) at DAV University, Jalandhar. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA in Marketing, and has qualified for the UGC-NET in Management. His academic journey includes faculty positions at esteemed institutions such as the Institute of Management (DAV College, Panjab University, Chandigarh) and the Global Institute of Management, affiliated with IKG Panjab Technical University, where he also served as the Head of the Department of Management Studies. Dr. Sharma’s research contributions span key areas such as internet banking, consumer behavior, managerial capabilities, and digital marketing. He has published extensively in reputed journals and presented his work at prestigious forums, including the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and the University of Mauritius.
