Ms. Neha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Business Management (CBM) at DAV University, Jalandhar, with over 7 years of teaching experience in higher education. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree with specialisation in Finance and Marketing from Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian, and qualified the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) in 2018.
Her teaching expertise encompasses a diverse range of subjects, including Company Law, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions and Markets, Principles and Practices of Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Production and Operations Management, Training and Development, Retail Management, and other areas of commerce and business management.
With a strong commitment to academic excellence, research, and professional development, she has contributed to scholarly work through the publication of four book chapters and two research papers. She has actively participated in eight Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), two workshops, and various seminars and webinars to enhance her academic knowledge and teaching competencies. Additionally, she has served as an organising committee member for two expert talks and one guest lecture, contributing to academic engagement, knowledge sharing, and institutional development.
Her academic interests encompass finance, marketing, HR and contemporary business practices. She remains dedicated to fostering student learning, promoting research-oriented education, and contributing to the continuous development of the academic community.
