Ms Ishmeen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce & Business Management (CBM) at DAV University, Jalandhar. She holds a B.Com (Hons) and an M.Com degree and is UGC NET qualified. She has gained extensive teaching experience, having previously served as an Assistant Teacher at Ivy World School, a Teacher at Delhi Public School, and as an Assistant Professor at APJ College of Fine Arts.
In addition to her academic qualifications, she has pursued certifications in Financial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, and in Marketing Management from IIT, Kanpur. Her research contributions are noteworthy, with six papers presented at prestigious national and international conferences. These papers have addressed key topics such as Digital Financial Inclusion and Women's Economic Empowerment (Sanatan Dharma College), the Implementation of New Technology in Educational Methods and Quality Control (Chitkara University), the Impact of COVID-19 on the Global Education Sector (Chitkara University), Transformations in Communication and Transportation (Bebe Nanaki University College, ICSSR Sponsored), the Impact of Emerging Technologies on Education, Health, and Society (Chitkara University), and Exploring Global Corporate Social Responsibility (Guru Nanak Dev University, Jalandhar).
She has also participated in numerous national and international conferences, consistently enhancing her academic expertise and in a row of current developments in her field. Additionally, she has completed six Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) from esteemed institutions, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional growth.
