Ms. Joshna Sanolia joined DAV University’s Commerce, Business Management & Economics (CBME) Department as an Assistant Professor in September 2021. She has done her MBA in Human Resource specialization from Guru Nanak Dev University (Main Campus), Amritsar.
She qualified her UGC-NET examination in Management subject in her 1st attempt in July 2018. Before Joining DAV University, she worked in HR department at Khanna paper mill limited, Gurugram and after that, she was a lecturer at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar city for 2 Years. She has an experience of more than 3 Years of in Academics.
She has been teaching subjects to post-graduate as well as undergraduate classes which comprise of organizational behaviour and human resource management, performance management, industrial psychology, business communication, corporate law & governance, business law and many more. She has attended various FDPs, workshops, and conferences. She has also presented her various research papers at National and International Level Conferences/Seminars.
