Dr. Girish Taneja (Coordinator)
Dr. Girish Taneja is an Associate Professor in Marketing Management and serves as the Coordinator of the Department of Commerce, Business Management & Economics at DAV University. With extensive academic and administrative experience, he has previously held key leadership roles as Deputy Dean and Head of Marketing at Lovely Professional University.
A distinguished academician and researcher, Dr. Taneja's case study, Next Branding Fiasco, was awarded "Best Case Study in Marketing Track" at the Anniversary Conference by The Case Centre, UK, held at IIM Bangalore. He has also received the "Best Research Paper Presentation" award from the All India Management Association (AIMA).
Dr. Taneja is a recipient of a research grant from the UK-India Education Research Initiative (UKIERI), which enabled him to accomplish a research project at Northampton Business School, University of Northampton, UK.
He is frequently invited as a resource person for workshops on research methodology, data analysis, and case-based teaching, contributing his expertise to reputed business schools across Northern India.
