1. Industrial/National Institute/Generating Stations Visits by students:

Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station, which is Asia’s largest hydropower plant having capacity of 1500 MW.
Rampur Hydro Electric Power Project, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Power Substation, Alawalpur.

2. The students were given training on Familiarization of Power Plant under the Govt. of India Skill Development Scheme conducted by National Power Training Institute(NPTI), Nangal.

3. The Department organized a 3 Day MATLAB Certified workshop.
