Ms. Manjot Kaur
She has obtained Masters degree in Fruit Science (Horticulture) from Khalsa College Amritsar with Distinction. She also cleared ASRB ICAR NET in the year 2021. She has taught for two sessions (2018-19 and 2019-2020) at Khalsa College Amritsar and is presently teaching at prestigious DAV University Jalandhar. She has authored two books as main author - One Textbook and One Lab Manual. She has authored three research publications in reputed international, scopus indexed, refereed and peer reviewed journals. She has attended national/international conferences and seminars as well as workshops. She also has teaching experience of 2 years at Khalsa College Amritsar and DAV University Jalandhar. Her Research expertise includes studies in shelf life and storability enhancement of horticultural produce by addition of various chemicals and also by employing Cold-storage. Her Research interests revolves mainly around post-harvest management and enhancement and also post harvest value-addition.
