Dr. Monika Menia
Assistant Professor, Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences

Dr. Menia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agronomy with expertise in crop production and soil management. Her research primarily focuses on ultra-high cropping systems, integrating rice-based leguminous and vegetable crops with cropping intensities ranging from 300-600%, along with the combined use of organic and inorganic fertilizers in experimental trials.

She has made significant contributions to agronomic research, with 17 research papers and articles, 10 book chapters, 2 popular articles, and 57 abstracts published in reputed journals and conference proceedings. Her active engagement in academic and professional development includes participation in 11 conferences, 4 faculty development programs and more than 20 workshops.

Through their teaching, research and extension activities, Dr. Monika Menia is committed to advancing sustainable agricultural practices and improving crop productivity.
