The Department of Education has well furnished practical laboratories for B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. students. The motive is to facilitate students with practical experience enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations. The department runs Physics, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Geography, ICT and Language laboratories as a gateway of practical learning. These specialized workplaces play a vital role in preparing students for their careers as educators, combining both theoretical knowledge and practical skills by enhancing their analytical skills.
Geography laboratory
Geography laboratory includes study of geographical concepts such as land-forms and environmental patterns. It typically involves use of maps, geographical information system (GIS), spatial analysis and field work to study the physical and human aspects of earth surface. The laboratory is well equipped with Maps, Globes and other geographical tools such as compass, aneroid barometer, anemometer, dry and wet thermometers, barometers, rain gauge to track climate data.

ICT laboratory
The department's ICT (Information and Communication Technology) laboratory is a dedicated space equipped with computers, projectors, and various technological tools to enhance the learning and application of digital skills. It plays a crucial role in developing digital literacy, preparing students for the modern, technology-driven world, and fostering creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills essential in today’s digital world.
