After completion of PhD from Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2009, She has gained more than 10 years of experience in teaching as well as in research. She has also published 35 research papers in various journals of international repute. Her research activities are focused on the measurements, analysis and interpretation of the thermodynamic and physic-chemical properties of water, organic solvents, amphiphiles, amino acids and ionic liquid mixtures. She possesses a vast experience in handling of several instruments like- DSA-5000 (Anton -Paar), Viscometer (Anton-Paar), DSC, TGA, DTA (Perkin Elmer), Refractive index (Metller), Tensiometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Microcalorimeter (CSC-2200 dilution calorimeter), IR etc. She has also served an eminent institute Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of technology, Jalandhar as an Assistant Professor.
