She completed her graduation from MBPG College,Haldwani,Nainital in 2005.Completed Certificate in Yoga, 2004, Diploma in Yoga,2005,Post Graduation in Yoga from Dev sanskriti University,Shanti Kung, Haridwar in 2008, Advance Psycotherapy professional course in Pranic Healing. Started  teaching career  as Yoga Lecturer and Trainer in Indira Priyadarshini PG College,Haldwani, Nainital From August 2008 to September 2012. Completed three year Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga in 2009.In 2010 completed Teacher Training In Yoga From Bihar School Of Yoga, Munger.,Completed   Ph.D. thesis on the topic“A Study of the Effect of Yogic Intervention on Autism Spectrum Disorder”(2016).Completed Teacher Training Course in Pranic healing in 2014 from All India Pranic Healing Foundations Trust,Tirupati.She was iInvited as a Yoga expert in various reputed institutions continuously. She Joined DAV University as Assistant Professor from August 2016. She   presented 6 research papers in various National and International journals and also written 13 academic units for UO University ,Nainital and participated in more than 20 seminars, FDP,STC etc.
