Dr. Ashutosh Bhadoria is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at DAV University.

He obtained his B.E. and M.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science (M.I.T.S.), Gwalior. He earned his Ph.D. from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), Sangrur, Punjab.

Dr. Bhadoria has more than 22 years of teaching experience along with 4 years of industrial experience in the areas of electrical maintenance, planning, and quality assurance. His major areas of specialization are Power Electronics and Drives.

During his academic career, he has played an important role in establishing several laboratories and has prepared comprehensive laboratory manuals to enhance student understanding and practical learning.

He has successfully completed Course Mission 10X, organized and designed by Wipro, which focused on effective teaching skills and innovative teaching methodologies. He also holds Wipro certification in High-Impact Teaching Skills.

Dr. Bhadoria has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and Quality Improvement Programmes (QIPs) organized by premier institutions such as IITs and NITs.

He has guided 10 B.Tech. and M.Tech. theses in the field of Electrical Engineering.

His current research interests include Power System Optimization, Power Flow Analysis, and Optimal Power Flow using Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Evolutionary Algorithms, and Fuzzy Systems.

Dr. Bhadoria has presented and published 23 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences, including Science Citation Index (SCI) and other refereed journals.

With his rich blend of academic, industrial, and research experience, Dr. Bhadoria continues to contribute significantly to teaching, research, and laboratory development in the field of Electrical Engineering.
