Assistant Professor Miss Sakshi joined the School of Law and Legal Studies, DAV University Jalandhar as an Assistant Proffesor of Law in 2022. She has been a practising Advocate at the Civil Courts Dasuya since 2019, where she acted in a variety of matters including Family Law, Domestic Violence, Commericial Disputes, Criminal Law and Public Interest Litigation. 

She qualified as an Advocate by All India Bar Association and State Bar Council of Punjab,2017. She teaches courses on Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and the role of lawyers in social change. Ms. Sakshi completed her Graduation in Law from Guru Nanak Dev University  Regional Campus, Gurdaspur in 2017. In 2019 she completed her Masters in Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh.  She completed her Advanced Diploma In Mass Communication from University Institute of Open Learning Panjab University, Chandigarh.
