Dr. Naveen Bilandi is Associate Professor and Former Head in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at DAV University, Jalandhar. He completed his B.Tech,  M.Tech and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar. He joined DAV University, Jalandhar as Assistant Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in 2013. He has a teaching experience of more than ten years. His research interests are Wireless Communication Systems and Networks, Data Communication, Computer Network, Optical Transmission, Wireless Sensor Networks and Wireless Body Area Network. He has published 40+ research papers in international/national journals/conferences. He has supervised 22+ M.Tech dissertations. He has supervised 100+ UG dissertations. He has published a paper on “Coronavirus outbreak” which has been highly appreciated by scholars and critics across the globe. He has been invited as a resource person, subject expert, and teacher trainer by many educational institutions.

At DAV University, he has been assigned various curricular and co-curricular duties. Some of the duties are as follows:
