He received his B. Tech. degree (with Honors) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University in 2010. He completed his Masters in Technology in VLSI Design and CAD from Thapar University in 2013. He qualified UGC-NET, GATE and received GATE-fellowship from 2011-2013. He worked as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Avaya Global Inc. (enterprise communication industry) posted at Hyderabad from 2010-2011. He has been serving as Assistant Professor at DAV University Jalandhar since 2013. He has received Gold Medal (projects) and appreciation for various technical projects during graduation. He has also worked as research trainee for 6 months in DRDO sponsored projects under the guidance of Dr. R.C. Kalonia, Scientist ‘F’, DU-4 (Photonics), CSIO, Chandigarh. He has a teaching experience of 8+ years at UG and PG level. His research areas include low power SRAM/MRAM cache architectures, development of custom simulators of cache memory and low power VLSI design.
