M.Sc. (Hons)

Passed with 50% aggregate marks (45% marks in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST) in bachelor’s degree with Physics or equivalent.

Doctor of Philosophy in Physics (Ph.D)

Duration : 3-5 years

Eligibility Criteria: Masters degree in Physics followed by qualification in NET, GATE or University Entrance exam (following UGC criteria) or M.Phil in Physics.
