B.Sc. B.Ed.(Secondary Stage)
It is a four year integrated program which aims at integrating sciences with Education. It is a combination of theoretical classes, practicals and internships. It provides a wide variety of subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Zoology, Foundational Courses, Pedagogical Corses and working with Community.
Eligibility for Admission:
- Candidates with a minimum of 50% (fifty percent) marks in Senior Secondary or Plus
Two (+) examination or its equivalent (under 5+3+3+ 4 pattern) from a recognized
Board are eligible for admission.
- Relaxation in percentage of marks in the Senior Secondary or Plus Two (+2)
examination or its equivalent (under 5+3+3+ 4 pattern) and reservation in seats for the
candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward
Classes/ Person with Benchmark Disabilities/Economically Weaker Section and other
categories shall be as per rules of the Central/ State Government/ Union Territory
Administration, whichever is applicable from time to time.
Admission Procedure:
- A single nation-wide entrance test called National Common Entrance Test will be
conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for admission to the 4 Year ITEP
under the recommendations of NEP 2020.
- The mode of examination shall be online/Computer Based Test (here in after
referred to as ‘CBT’) in multilingual pattern and its score would reflect the relative
performance level of the candidate for merit-based selection to secure the admission.
Scorecard shall be prepared by NTA and admission shall be done through
centralised online counselling.
B.A B.Ed.(Secondary Stage)
It is a four year integrated program whereby the students can save one year depending upon individual aptitude. This program is a combination of theoretical classes, practicals and internships. It provides a wide variety of subjects such as History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Foundational Courses, Pedagogical Courses and working with community.
Eligibility for Admission:
