1. Timings for Outings :
Sundays and other holidays
10:00 am to 5:30 in winter
10:00 am to 6:30 p.m. in summer
Wednesday
3:00 pm to 5:30 in winter
3:00 pm to 6:30 p.m. in summer
Students are required to report back at 5.30 p.m. sharp in winter and 6.30 pm sharp in Summer, failing which strict disciplinary action will be taken and they may even be denied admission for the next session.
2. No student shall leave the hostel without prior permission of the Hostel authorities, failing which strict disciplinary action will be taken.
3. Students will not be allowed to leave the hostel before the official date of the closing of the academic session. They are advised to seek prior permission from the Registrar if they make any travel reservations before this date.
4. Students will be allowed to go on leave/vacation/ for coaching classes and shopping only on the basis of ‘Permanent Authority’ submitted by their parents to the hostel authorities at the time of joining the hostel. If they extend their stay, serious action will be taken against them.
Note : Students seeking admission in the university hostel are expected to read the rules and regulations printed on the back of hostel admission form. Ignorance about rules will not be justifiable under any circumstances.
