Entrepreneurial Opportunities in the BFSI Sector conducted by CBME department in collaboration with IIC.

The CBME Department at DAV University, in collaboration with Institutions’ Innovation Council (IIC), organized a one-day session titled ‘Entrepreneurial Opportunities in the BFSI Sector’. The session was delivered by industry expert Mr. Vikram Sood, CEO of One-to-Many Financial Services, with 38 years of experience. Addressing the students, he emphasized that true success in the field requires combining technical financial knowledge with discipline and the right mindset.

The interactive session covered essential aspects of personal financial planning including mutual funds, systematic Investment plans, wealth creation and path to become a financial advisor. He also explained freelancing opportunities in the insurance sector.

The event was coordinated by Assistant Professors Ms. Taranjot Kaur, Ms Bhavya Kausahal and Ms Neha under the guidance of Dean CBME Dr. Gitika Nagrath, and the President of IIC Dr. Sandeep Vij, who encouraged students to apply these practical insights to tap the entrepreneurial opportunities to earn while they learn.
