DAV University organised a Blood Donation Camp on the University campus on 25.11.17. Nearly 100 blood units were collected in the camp and 200 students have registered for emergency blood bank. The camp was organized in collaboration with LIONS CLUB and Civil Hospital Jalandhar. Vice Chancellor Dr A K Paul, Registrar Dr Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj and Dean Academics Dr Jasvir Rishi congratulated the donors for being a part of such a noble cause of donating blood. They also praised the NSS Unit to successfully organize the Camp in the University.

A team of doctors and other staff from Civil Hospital, Jalandhar assisted the Unit in organising the camp. Dr Gagandeep and Dr Nadeep were the incharge of Blood donation camp. Dr Samriti Khosla, Dr Raj Kumar Garg, Dr Mamta, Dr Raj Bala, Dr Anil, Dr Rakesh and Ms. Shivani coordinators, NSS Unit made all the arrangements for the camp.
