Deepika, NCC cadet of DAV University has been selected for Youth Exchange Program by Headquarter, NCC Jalandhar. This competition held at NCC Headquarter Jalandhar where cadets were watchfully selected through various competitions and activities under the supervision of Group Commander, Brig Advitya Maddan.

Cadet Deepika will be participating in various activities to be held at Chandigarh Directorate of NCC and abroad.

Dr. Jasbir Rishi, Vice-Chancellor (Officiating) Dr. R.K. Seth, Dean Academics (Officiating), Dr. Kailash Nath Kaul, Registrar (Officiating) congratulated Deepika and motivated her to further excel in the upcoming competitions.

Dr. Gurmeet Singh, Care Taker Officer (CTO) shared that DAV University provides primary education, an efficient platform and emphasizing the importance of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), one of the premier youth organizations in India, for contributing to the propagation of national unity and integrity amongst youth.

Cadet Deepika had undergone the various hard training provided by 21 Punjab Battalion, Kapurthala under the leadership of Colonel Hitesh Duggal, Commanding Officers and got proficiency.
