BhuvanNingania, aB. Tech (Electrical Engineering) 3rd year student, while representing DAV University at prestigiousinternational level Model United Nations conferences and various Mock Parliaments held in India recently earned laurels for the university.

Vice Chancellor Prof.(Dr.) Ashok K Paul and DeanStudents’ Welfare Dr Jasbir Rishi congratulated Bhuvanfor his inspiring achievements.
Most recently, he clinched the ‘Best Delegate’ award in Model U N Conference (MUN) organised by Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar and earned ‘High Commendation’ (2nd Position) in Delhi University Mock Indian Parliament held at University of Delhi (DU).

Whilebagging‘Special Mention’ (3rd Position) in BITS-MUN at BITS Pilani- Pilani Campus, he also wrested ‘High Commendation’ in Amity International MUN at Amity University, Noida and wrapped up St. Stephen's MUN at St. Stephen's College, DU with a ‘Special Mention’. He was awarded an ‘Honourable Mention’ in JGU-MUN organised by O.P.Jindal Global University, Sonipat.

His winning spree continued with a 2nd position in Vaad-Vivad, debate competitionorganised by RajbhashaSamiti, NIT-Jalandhar and was alsoadjudged the 4th best speaker and questioner in Youth Parliament organised by Literary and Debating Society, NIT-Jalandhar. Both the competitions were organised under National Cultural Festival of NIT-Jalandhar, UTKANSH, 2017.
