The School of Law & Legal Studies, DAV University, Jalandhar, successfully organized an Awareness Campaign on Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH Act, 2013) in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Jalandhar.

We were honored to have Ms. Muskan Sharma, Assistant LADC, Jalandhar, who delivered an insightful session on legal safeguards, prevention mechanisms, and redressal procedures, highlighting the importance of safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces.

The presence and active participation of the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) members, who shared their valuable perspectives and practical insights, enriched the discussion and strengthened institutional awareness on the subject.

Such initiatives reaffirm our commitment to legal literacy, gender sensitivity, and institutional accountability.
